At Real Artistic People, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative wardrobe. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
